Why does this software crash frequently?

I'm currently using Vegas Pro 16.0 and have upgraded my pc, with spec OS : Windows 7 Pro (64) Proc: Core i7 3770 RAM: 18GB HDD for System : SSD VGA: Nvidia Quadro 2000 But when rendering still crashes often
