Revit is better than Sketchup as it provides you a lot of information. But if you consider ease of learning and use then Sketchup is slightly better.

Revit is better than sketchup because 1.Intregation with other auto desk software like autocad , Microsoft Projects, Costx 2. It has vast digital library with more complex objects for building and other services 3. Render and walk through are at high quality
