Whats the best way to populate our inventory?

We have freshservice discovery running however we don't get back all information on computers we assign to users. Is there a guide that can be emailed to me. I want to look into more. In order to have our inventory up to date.

Hello, honestly that was the only thing I had issue with Fresh Service, there are different ways to do inventory on it, but none are perfect. Option 1 using a .CSV file issue is that some fields have to be created in order to match your needs Option 2 they offer the Agent option which they allow you up to 100 devices for free and they would charge you for any other devices or ask you to change plan this works with PC or Mac Option 3 for Mac if you are using JAMF or some MDM they offer some Sync options issue is that it sometimes have to remove and re-sync for it to update Option 4 they also offer Sync with Chrome devices linking to the Admin Console they do offer a good support, one of their agents helped me to figure out the fields issue I had, sorry is not a solution, but hope this information helps in any way
