What's the best way to correctly set up Helpshift Analytics?
While there are a lot of information being tracked in Helpshift, there are times where we only need to look into specific ones for reporting purposes. As an administrator, a way to filter the information more deeply is something that us in my industry will greatly appreciate. Are there some plans to improve analytics for business purposes?
