RevOps uses us for no-code automations in the Scratchpad Inbox and/or Slack to remind reps and managers when an opportunity might need their attention. Hi Steven! We're excited to hear that Scratchpad is helping you keep SFDC up to date and prepare for your forecast calls. We also help with forecasting for managers and sales leaders with our Forecasting Analytics, Rollups, Trends, and Snapshots that can all be accessed in Scratchpad Studio. If there is a drop in revenue over the weekend, you can easily identify where and why it occurred. If your lacking visibility, leaders now have the ability to view and analyze pipelines and dive into specific deals all in one pane of glass. It's a digital pad for scratching your notes ;) But really, it's an always accessible (as your browser home page if you choose) that allows you to quickly created a new note for your meeting that can be linked and synced to your Salesforce Opps/Contacts/Acconts/Leads at the click of a button. This is the simplest yet very robust way to take notes for your prospect/customer meetings and just in general (like online or in person training).
