Our campus would benefit greatly in being able to download the videos and have them maintain all the accessibility metadata to be shared with stakeholders in various modalities, including when they do not have access to sharing from the internet.  Having an .mp4 with all the captions and/or audio descriptions would help the files be accessible and WCAG 2.1 compliant.
