Honestly, the customer experience is just okay. The platform is pretty good for the most part, with the exception of a few bugs. Sales and Implementation team are great. Our CSM is just okay, and I feel that I know more about the ins and outs of the platform than they do. The support team is just okay, but they are available 24/7. It feels fairly hands off, once you finish implementation. Cannot pull survey reports into Excel or CSV at this point in time.
