What is the best way to use this software?

I am having a tough time using the software, there are so many features and buttons to use. It just relies on using the software over and over I guess. Is there any documentation to the software at all so that it's easier for newcomers or beginners to be able to use the software in a friendly manner?

Well, I know that software interfaces can be daunting because there are so many buttons and features. The first thing you should do is decide what you want to accomplish in this program. I use GIMP for digital imaging and photo manipulation. Once you’ve decided what you want to accomplish, then you can have a clearer approach to the tools. Don’t try and learn the program in one lump sum.....learn it in chunks!!! As some of the other answerers have stated, there are a ton of tutorials online but you have to know what it is you want to do. Hope this helps!!!
