What is the best recommended way to create custom slides/anncouncements?

We are currently creating PowerPoint presentations and exporting them as a JPEG to download to the REACH Media system. I know slides can be made within REACH Media itself, but I find that less user-friendly than PowerPoint.

We no longer need to export PowerPoint slides as jpg. So uploading PowerPoint slides directly as assets saves us time.

They offer a lot of stock images, fonts, and color customization. There are even elements to create collages and graphs.

Agree. The internal content generator works and is sufficient but you get so much more flexibility to Power Point, Publisher and Photoshop. I haven't found the need to use anything outside of these three programs at this point. For some of the software, you don't have to export them, just drag them in to the Asset area and the program will convert them. This might save you one extra step. For example, I create announcements on a horizontal legal size page, save the file and drag the .pub file directly into the assets.

Hey there, Emily! We do have pre-built message templates that I think you'll find way more user-friendly, I'd be happy to connect you with your Account Manager to review this. We also have a OneDrive integration which can automatically sync your PowerPoints without having to log-in to REACH. Let me know :)
