# What is one cool thing you figured out in Pendo?

In data explorer, you can see averages vs just no.of visitors. Were you able to find anything( a little hidden like this) that you love?

When responding to customer inquiries. using a pendo permalink at the end of the webapp URL provides a better experience for your customer. 

e.g. Your customer asks how to upload a certain document & responding to the email with a pendo permalink rather than just a webpage link with separate instructions will open up the page and have a pop up that points to the exact location where they can take that action.
