Monitoring and troubleshooting all websites, web services and infrastructure running them. We are very happy with the product! Also the alerting and the AI for drastic changes that are identified and reported by built in AI with no work from our side, just works out of the box, also in tracing issues from code to database queries on performance and trouble shooting, etc.... Could go on all day! on how this product helps up to be very competitive because it provides us the whole picture on our software, infrastructure services first hand!
