What is Liongard agent?

Agents run Inspectors which are the individual queriers that gather information about the various systems in the Environment and customer networks. Liongard has two distinct Agent categories, Liongard-Managed and Self-Managed. For public-facing systems, the Agents that perform the Inspections are managed by Liongard, these are called On-Demand Agents. For Self-Managed, you would need to install one of our Self-Managed Agents that will let you rollout valuable Inspectors which are installed on the inside of the firewall. Self-Managed Agents include On-Premises, Self-Hosted and Endpoint.
