There is actually 3 ways of setting this. 1st, is via the app you install locally on each device and then it will push the signature to Outlook. 2nd, is via the Outlook add-in, yes they finally did it and it is working the same way but less installation. 3rd, is the SMTP, so the flow of email will go thru Letsignit and add signature according to the user sending.
