Hireflix is extremely narrow and very cold. Potential recruits do not like having to talk to themselves, answering questions for what they hoped would be an engaging interview. Instead they are presented with a cold, hands-off and invaisive screen recording software which strips them of their individuality and raises security conerns.  When firms use Hireflix for initial interviews, it does not spark joy with job seekers and can turn them off from an application.
