Thank you for your question!

G-Accon for Xero is a bridge between your Xero accounting (also payroll, projects, assets, audit trail, etc. ) data and Google Sheets. It allows you to import live financial data into Google Sheets, where you can then create customized reports (or use G-Accon reporting templates), automate the consolidation of data from multiple Xero or QuickBooks accounts with multi-currency, and more.

With its workflow builder feature, G-Accon also enables you to automatically send real-time reports to your team and clients via email, set up alerts, and schedule data backups.

G-Accon offers bidirectional connectivity. This means you can not only pull data from Xero into Google Sheets but also push changes and new entries from Google Sheets back into Xero or QuickBooks. For example, you can draft new invoices or journal entries within Google Sheets and sync them to Xero.
Likewise, editing descriptions on invoices in Google Sheets can be automatically updated in Xero in bulk, similar to the 'Find and Recode' feature in Xero.
