Whatfix overlays on any software application and enables end-users to get the most out of a tool by assisting them with contextual in-app guidance (like product tours, interactive walkthroughs, user checklists, field validations, tooltips) and on-demand self-help in the form of an embedded wiki that automatically crawls and curates a company's documentation and knowledge. What fix provides in-app help guidance, tool tips, etc and minimal analytics for (user funnel, etc) with an added ability to export guides as pdfs or videos for stake-holders or others who may not have time or access to be able to view product guides inside application. This product is a competitor of Pendo and WalkMe. It is more robust than WalkMe comes with better support and the value for the cost is superior than their competitors. Out of the box, the UI isn't as nice as their competitors, but can be customized to match your native application. As a UX Manager, I highly recommend using WhatFix.
