Uses? It's a software you can learn 3d art or even 2d art, but mostly referred for 3d art only, here you can start with since it's free and an open source and since it's an open source, there's a lot of YT tutorials out there to learn from and the uses? You can learn and create a whole pipeline of 3d and vfx here
