One unexpected issue was rendering differences across devices. Just because it looks good in the builder doesn’t mean it looks the same everywhere.

Brevo felt like one of the easier options if the goal was consistent output without a lot of hand-coding. It worked well for getting emails out quickly, especially for simpler layouts, without making the team rely on HTML for every update.

Constant Contact was probably the easiest for our team to get started with, especially for non-designers. But once we needed more control over branding, we started to feel some limitations. It works really well early on, but can feel a bit restrictive as you scale.
