# What are best practices for a webcast with several presenters from different locations using webcams

I need to know how to get the best sound and visual quality.

The more participants involved, and the less experienced they are, the more important the briefing process is. Have a test webinar if anyone is unsure.

I would definitely recommend doing a dry run prior to the live event!  Make sure everyone logs  from the exact location they will be in for the live session so you can test the audio and visual elements.  It is also helpful to login 30 or so minutes early so you can make sure everything is working properly before audience can start logging in.
