YES !!!  This was (and is still) one of the biggest reasons we use TSheets. We are able to get an answer, assistance with setting up, choosing and viewing reports, etc. ANY questions I have had since day one has been quickly and knowledgeably answered. We aspire to provide our customers the same level of attention.
