We have several support options available, some free and some paid.

Free options include the TinyMCE Community portal [1] where anyone can ask, answer and contribute to the open source project. We are also active on Stack Overflow [2], and we run a weekly office hours and you can learn more on our events page [3].

We have several paid options depending on your needs. Our Developer Plan includes support for the core TinyMCE editor, and can be purchased online via our pricing page [4]. All of our premium plugins include pro support for the plugin (but not the editor). Our Pro Bundle includes support for the editor and plugins. If you need legal assurance, IP protection and redlined agreements the best path is to contact our team, again via the pricing page.
