Basically spent one month to set up the system, learn how to use it, come up with changes to our internal processes (where necessary), and then train sales team and others. Then took another month in parallel to go-live. Could have done it quicker but wanted to make sure there were no bumps in the road. Worked out perfectly. No issues.

No long. Just load your existing data by Customer, Person, and Deal using a .csv file from your spreadsheet

Like any new software, there is a learning curve and some initial frustration. I find the best way to learn is to implement a new program while running a previously well-known application as a fallback. It took me only a few weeks to become very fluent and I have been using it 10 years. Unlike some software designers, they don't create jarring changes to the familiar. It is a gentle learning curve when upgrades are made.

Because our CRM is so easy to use, 95% of customers often go live within a day or maximum within two weeks — not three or four months like with other CRMs. PipelineDeals is 100% customizable. Plus, there’s no need for extra expenses like engineering resources or third party vendors.
