Age old issue. Pipeline CRM is easy-to-use and flexible so that helps. Three ways to get buy-in. 1) Top-down, they have to be told to use it. 2) Find and/or create specific things in the system that will be of value to them. 3) Use it every where you can so that people cannot avoid running into it--and therefore there will be a need to be part of the internal community.

No issues here. Simply show your team the simplicity of Pipeline and how it can massage the data anyway you wish

Let them test drive Pipelinedeals. Killer feature is the easy way of generating all types of lists even with complex fiters (like "customers that are in sales stage x, which we did not have been in contact for y days and have z in their job role, sort by date when we have been last in contact"; that would be a 15 seconds job to generate such a list). No export needed, no Excel or spreadsheets needed.

PipelineDeals picks up where Excel leaves off. It’s familiar to Excel but more powerful and the learning curve is low. Our training helps salespeople get going and excited about selling. To back that up, PipelineDeals continues to be the most adopted CRM in the industry with an adoption rate of 83% (validated by G2 Crowd).
