3) Shift scheduling - for flexible & functional shift planning 
4) Timesheets - a fast, easy way for employees to track overtime 
5) Expenses - to submit & manage company expenses from mobile app  
6) Recruitment - to create job ads, manage applicant pipeline & schedule interviews 

Key features of Core HR usually are: 

1) Tasks - to quickly update colleagues on tasks that need doing or have been completed  
2) HR Dashboard - to view tasks, calendar, anniversaries etc, in a single view
3) Employee profiles - to view and edit profiles for every employee
