# why does the app sometimes present issues

just fix the issues that arise when I use the app

The application should never fail. If you have problems with the application, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it (this is the website to download again: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html) You should also ensure you are using a good internet connection (test here: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/using/connection-test-connect-meeting.html). Lastly, ensure you are not on a VPN, as it encoded the IP address and can cause problems with Connect :). My Spanish is not great, so I hope you can translate this :).

Lastly, make sure you are not on a VPN since it scrambled the IP Address and can cause issues with the Connect :). My Spanish is not great, so hopefully, you can translate this :).
