# Our customers use our website to login. Would they count as visitors in your pricing model?

Does the visitor count used for your pricing model include existing customers that use our website to login?

John.  In order to know that visitor is a customer, they would have to first be identified. However, our model counts "unique" visitors - so no matter how many times they may log in, they are counted just once.  As an FYI, our toolset allows you to create filters, and to identify/suppress Visitors from reporting who my travel though a login.  Hope this helps.
