I have a private Microsoft 365 account for my own private use. We recently applied for and got NGO Microsoft registration with 10 free license for staff members. I want to use one of these licences for my work. but I can't work out how to have both my private subscription and the NGO subscription working on my computer. For example, I want to activate Microsoft Teams so that it runs meetings etc. for the NGO, how do I make that work? Surely, I don't have to download 2 different versions of Microsoft 365? Do I just log in (somewhere? somehow?) each time I want to use either subscription?
Also, when we subscribed to the NGO Microsoft 365 subscription we used a different email address to our work email address. So now we have a work email which isn't linked to the NGO Microsoft 365 subscription and I'm totally confused as to how to combine it/use it for all the apps on the package.
Hi,
If it is about using different accounts on Microsoft 365 suit on a same computer then the answer is yes. You can use it. However I would suggest you uninstalling the already existing suite and then installing a new one from portal.office.com. Once installed sign in with school or work account. Once signed in use the option of use different account after clicking on your picture from top right corner of any application. This will give you an option to switch between accounts. Also if you are using windows make sure you have both accounts signed in settings under accounts.
