NGO Microsoft 365 integration

I have a private Microsoft 365 account for my own private use. We recently applied for and got NGO Microsoft registration with 10 free license for staff members. I want to use one of these licences for my work. but I can't work out how to have both my private subscription and the NGO subscription working on my computer. For example, I want to activate Microsoft Teams so that it runs meetings etc. for the NGO, how do I make that work? Surely, I don't have to download 2 different versions of Microsoft 365? Do I just log in (somewhere? somehow?) each time I want to use either subscription? Also, when we subscribed to the NGO Microsoft 365 subscription we used a different email address to our work email address. So now we have a work email which isn't linked to the NGO Microsoft 365 subscription and I'm totally confused as to how to combine it/use it for all the apps on the package.
