I think Mobile app that will allow to reply to chat messages from mobile is missing.

I would love to be able to have lucky orange as a mobile app so I can track my store when I'm not around my computer.

This is a great suggestion, and I’ve shared it with our development team. In the meantime, have you tried our new app? We released a new and improved Lucky Orange last year that’s mobile friendly.
