# Is there any way I can filter candidates by Work authorization

Filtering the candidate on visa status will really help us to find genuine candidates based on their work authorization.

Yes, you can. There are on the left-hand side columns that allow you to search and filter on recently posted resumes, citizenship, clearance, degree, and a few other features.
