# Is there a way to avoid emails going into spam folders?

We had a lot of issues with our campaigns ending up in spam folders of recipients.

There are a few things that you can do to ensure your email don&#39;t go to the spam 

1. Copy - Makes sure you don&#39;t have content that trigger the spam filter. There are multiple sites on the internet that help you find these words 
2. Setting DKIM &amp; SPF records 
3. Email readability - image to text ratio, background colour to text colour contrast 

Having said that, Zoho&#39;s campaigns are know to hit spam more often than not. We&#39;ve tried the same content with multiple providers including mailchimp and have seen that the ones sent from Zoho campaigns hit spam more often than not.
