Is Airtable Pro worth?

Depends on your needs: • How big of a team you need to be on the workspace? • How many records do you have per base? • How many automation runs do you need? • How many syncs between bases do you need? The free version is perfect for the beginning and is perfectly usable. Only later you may face some limitations and may need to upgrade. AirTable doesn't cost that much so upgrades are usually definitely worth the price. If you're on a very tight budget - note that AirTable charges based on the amount of people per workspace. So you can simply have a single shared account for your team per workspace - thus ending up paying only for 1 pro license.
