Something I like a lot about Affinity is their one time purchase instead of a monthly subscription but, in terms of performance I found both are outstanding software, if you are familiar with Photoshop you will not have any issue with Affinity, they may be tie as Nº 1 photo editing software

<p>As of my perspective, yes, it is way easier and more UI friendly if you don't want to be lost in tools. </p>
