<p>I can vouch for Podium - great tool and a solid support team to help with any questions. The templates for communication have made it easy to increase efficiency and provide consistent responses to our customers. </p>

<p>During my research, I saw that Telnyx was one of G2's top-rated software in 2025. I am definitely leaning toward that. https://www.g2.com/best-software-companies/top-collaboration-and-productivity.</p>
