# Images and GIFs not appearing in email after it is sent.

Hello.  I'm having an issue with one of my email campaigns.  I added an image and a gif to the email and it looks fine in the template and when I send a test email it appears fine.  But when I send it out to my contacts (and myself) the images and GIfs do not appear and it is text only.  This has never happened before.  Just looking for help on this issue.  Thanks!

Some email clients block images by default and ask your subscribers to choose to display them. You might want to encourage your subscribers to add your email address to their address book or safe sender list. That way, there's a better chance their email client will show your images. Also, be sure that your domain is properly authenticated for the best results.

Seems like the receiver you are sending it to has disabled HTML in their mail settings. You can't really do anything here but to send out a text version which shows up properly to him.
