If we need more lines in the future as our business grows, do we have to purchase new phones as well?

If we have a need for 6 lines, can that be implemented to our current phones?

Hey Julianne, my name is Gaetano - a marketing representative at Nextiva. You can configure your phone system however is most convenient for your business. If you have a need for 6 lines, you can certainly have 1 phone configured to represent each line. Or you can use fewer phones if that's what you desire. Additionally, there is an option to use "softphones" which is essentially a digital application for Mac or Windows. It's a VoIP phone inside of your computer, that uses your computer microphone and audio instead of a traditional desk phone from a company like Poly or Cisco. Hope that helps! Julianne, the answer depends on your current phones and service package with Nextiva. We have multiple numbers configured to ring one or more phones as well as dedicated #'s to single phones. The Nextiva platform is incredibly versatile and user friendly. We are a client of Nextiva's and the question is going to be best answered by a Nextiva professional or your assigned representative if you are an existing client.
