If our team uses Flare, what can we expect in terms of the return on investment?

In the early 1990's I was using 3 programs to manage just the learning content of a U.S. Navy training department . Over the last 30 years I have seen software evolve leaps and bounds. Flare is the "tip of the spear" as we say. If this doesn't improve your ROI then you are doing something wrong. Side Note: The faster you learn how to use Flare, the happier everyone will be. It took me 6 months to acquire a usable knowledge of Flare using only the "included" training that was available. Your results may vary!
