If I have any Technical help on any day with TRADOS then whom should we contact?
Sometimes, I feel helpless with TRADOS. I have to reach out colleague for help or search online. If we have a single page for all regular issue then it would be great.

Usually, you can quickly get a direct answer or assistance with your issue for free from the world's leading expert on SDL Trados Studio, Paul Filkin.
SDL Trados Studio is excellent software. The only real complaint I have with them is there support. It is all but non-existent through their official support channel unless you pay huge amounts for a premium support package billed yearly.
I hope we will see positive changes with an already outstanding product now that RWS has bought up SDL. Perhaps support will improve!
