Yes. Your plan will likely increase in price because of the additional subscribers. Also, be careful buying email lists - you will likely deal with a lot of bounce backs and unsubscribes.

Short answer, yes. However CC has an algorithm that scans all the emails for verified email addresses. If there are too many gmail/hotmail or defunct addresses, it will kick it out. Alternatively, if you go from sending no emails, to 10,000 at one time, chances are CC will ask you to verify the opt-in of those addresses and prove they subscribed to your emails.

For a list of 10,000 contacts, the current price for a subscription to Constant Contact is $195.00 per month which would technically allow you to send an unlimited number of emails. But as others have mentioned here, if you don't have permission from those contacts, and you get flagged for major spamming, you could have problems, and they might shut you down.

I wouldn't start with a purchased list. While no one can technically stop you from doing that, the high number of unsubscribers and bounces from bad emails will increase the chance of future emails being bounced to spam. You can send as many emails as you want but remember that not all information is important for everyone so don't just send every email to every contact. If it is a newsletter, sure, send it to everyone. But if you are selling (ex.) bikes in Georgia, you wouldn't want to send it to the whole country right? You want to send it to people in Georgia and maybe Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and South Carolina. In that example, I am just clicking those particular lists to send my information to. I hope that helps.

Constant Contact allows you the flexibility of doing that. Depending on your plan, the fee may increase. However, yes, you can. Blast away!

Yes, however it may depend on your service plan and the number of active subscribers you have.

Hello, you can either set up Constant Contact to make a once per month push email to your list on the same day every month, or you can choose to do it manually different times throughout the month depending on your needs.

You can send multiple emails a month and send to 10,000 at once. However you can only send emails to those that sign up to receive them from you.

You can't buy and e-mail list and loaded it into Constant Contact. They will only send to people who have signed up to receive your e-blasts. You can have your account shut down if there is a problem.
