It depends on how you purchased Microsoft office. If you bought it outright then install the correct year of office and use the product key you received. If you pay for the monthly subscription you can control which computers you have it on, and one license can be on up to 5 computers. So install from your online account to the new computer, then remove the copy from the old computer.
