# How to get Mobile Monkey to stop charging our credit card?

We signed up for Mobile Monkey chat and marketing service. After signing a contract, we were told that the features promised were not included. We asked for a refund and to cancel. The billing and tech support team have been very difficult to work with. 

Months later, we are still being charged for Mobile Monkey and it does not work!

We've had the same issue after making complaints about the lack of functionality within the platform. We requested that the account be canceled, or that billing be suspended until issues are resolved, but they continued to charge us. We have to now go to our bank and file disputes. I know this isn't the answer you hoped for, but I recommend blocking them from charging your card. If you have email records of your attempts to cancel billing then they should come in handy with your bank. Good luck!
