# How reliable is the Chrome extension and Cirrus Insight side panel for your users?

How often are users logged out? How easy is it for users to get back in?

I find it very reliable. I do all my correspondence with recruits and leads using Gmail and Cirrus Insight. I like the email tools in Gmail over the plain Jane email in Salesforce (SF). Once you refresh SF, all of the work done in CI is contained on the appropriate record. The only glitch I sometimes see is attachments to the emails don't make it over but you do get an error message so you know you need to fix it.

I find it to be quite accurate. I love being able to pull opportunities in the side panel. I think a couple times maybe the contact is not right, but this has not happened regularly. Logging calls and viewing details in the side panel make Salesforce useful in Chrome/Gmail...this is why I love CirrusInsight.
