Please do not believe the 30-day money-back guarantee of this company. This program cannot restore the files on the SSD. The following is the content of their company’s reply. They will not refund the money I paid and I can’t get the service I need. They explain This is a Chinese company that is not regulated by the US Consumer Regulations. The following is the reply of the company suspected of deceiving consumers : Thanks for the message. In order to speed up SSD, TRIM would totally erase the file content after the files were deleted and it is impossible to recover the lost files rightly with any data recovery software. I'm sorry we could not help you this time. We totally understand your situation. However, since your case does not meet with our refund policy, we are unable to issue a refund to you.

Nothing they can recover, it is a scamming company. Playing tricks and ignoring customer rights on refund issue. Says 30-day money back guarantee on their website, but then plays with words and tricks on us when we applied for a refund in 1 day. Totally ignoring customer rights. Here is what happened. We had >6GB data and the trial version could only recover 2GB and displayed the names of more documents they could recover to give us hope. So we bought the 1-month subscription, but then the software failed to repair our damaged recovered files to make them usable. The engineer acknowledged the issue and sent us an email to apply for a full refund. So, we asked for a full refund the next day and guess what they say? They refused the refund "out of mutual interest", but offered a free lifetime upgrade (I appreciate the effort). "Mutual interest", if this is not playing with words and trying to trick customers, we don't know what is. we asked for a full refund, and they think we want their service for life, what a joke... Well, we feel bad for those that bought a longer subscription, you could have just bought the 1-month subscription and then apply for a refund, so you can receive a life-long subscription. This just shows their poor standard and principle. Doing all they can to take money from you, even if it means giving us alternative benefits that cost others more, but are useless to me. When we replied and repeated how this is within the refund policy, guess what they say? They say they can now offer a 50% refund. Well, if we email again are they gonna say they can offer 75% refund, and then 87.5%? We are tired of these tricks to waste our time and energy and totally ignoring their promise and customer rights.
