How it can be integrated with other applications such as Micrsoft Teams?

Microsoft teams has their own survey generation tool, called Polly. I would use that if you would like to do a survey inside of Microsoft Teams.

I use "Survey Monkey" but I am not familiar with "Microsoft Team" However a quick search directed me to Survey Monkey App install for Microsoft Teams. https://www.surveymonkey.com/apps/VPV6PDLNXyscoDCcFChh2w_3D_3D/details/ Never used it and I don't know if they even integrate the reporting and analytics. So maybe Erim K. solutions might be the better option I would be interested to know how / if you implemented this, because my organization might also move to Microsoft Teams in the future. Good Luck

Hello Ravish, We recently tried to find a tool as such also for reporting. My recommendation would be to upgrade your service pack for more analytic tools and exports. You can export the data in free but it is no where near and user friendly as the business edition. Hope this helps.
