Terrible customer service. Tried to add a new checking account for autopay. Had to delete the old accounts and is taking a week to reestablish the credit line. In the meantime, they suspended the account and recurring subscription charges on the account are being rejected. Have spoken with 6 different people and still not resolved. No callbacks, just a lack of caring.

They dismissed small buisnesses from their platform under new requirements:

•	Received an equity investment of any amount (accelerator, angel, VC or web3 token);
•	More than $1 million a year in revenue;
•	More than 50 employees;
•	More than $500k in cash;
•	Tech startups who are on a path to meeting the criteria above, and are referred by an existing customer or partner.
