How doe the company expect to enhance functionality with communication with customer

We have multiple things we could do in gmail/ email systems that are missing from Yaypay

With YayPay you can send emails to clients directly from the system. This way there is a record kept of communication with the client. You can also have automated emails sent to clients to remind them of amounts due or upcoming due dates. Lastly, within YP you can record notes of phone conversations or keep notes of other communication done outside of YP. This way everyone involved in invoicing and collections can know what the status is of any client communication.
