How do you sign up for different price level services?

We are open to contract negotiations based on multiple criteria, length of contract, quick sign off, early payment and partnerships (with marketing and beyond). Trials can also be offered, but we like to have them as a guided process, using bespoke data. When joining Pi we have a deep conversation with clients about what they want to get out of the product, as well as their own product and audience focus. So during the set-up and onboarding period the Customer Success manager will use our strategic flywheel to help focus and process strategic activity to achieve relevant goals for the new user. We build a bespoke use case and objective driven success criteria to deliver throughout our partnership together - those KPIs are then benchmarked for future reference and uplift. The account too will be set-up based on those needs, as well as reports, APIs and training modules. We also regularly get asked for references which are given during the sales process. What we’re so proud of is the performance of our customers - so many feature in the very top echelons of their sector for organic search share of voice - there is rarely a better reference than those raw facts.
