# How do we ensure we are receiving as many candidates as possible?

We've had  a problem with the number applicants we have for each job and just want to ensure we are utlizing each feature properly.

Post your job in multiple locations, ie create more than one job post. If hiring remote, create multiple postings and list in major cities/locations  to gain more attraction.
