# How do I save designs created in one team or in my personal folder to another team?

I created a design for project X before my boss created Team X on Canva. How can I copy or move my design into the Team X folders?

Hi Uche, great question! Fortunately, Canva makes transferring or sharing designs between teams pretty easy. First you'll want to open the design you want and click "Share." Under the "Send invites" button, click "Copy link." Then switch over to the team that you want to share the design with and paste the link you just copied into the address bar. From there, click "File" -> "Make a copy." This will save a copy of your design to the Canva account you're currently signed into. If you go back to your Canva homepage and refresh, you'll see the saved copy there. Hope this helps! Thanks for posting your question to G2 Discussions. -Stephanie
