How do i know how long i been in a subject selection?
like its different subjects i can select from but how long will i know i was in the subject. our ujet works great due to us having great RTA workers that knows the system best to provide great knowledge to the agents in the call center.
Within the UJET agent adapter, there is a counter to highlight how long you've been in the current status. The counter always begins at 00:00 and counts up. To help your managers and supervisors run the contact center, they can also see this in real-time as well as pull historical reports.
