Hi. Although I haven't actually done it, I'm pretty certain this is the method you would use.
1. Start at the teacher's console.
2. Click on the Restrict tab.
3. On that drop-down menu, click "Configure Web Limiting". In that box, you are able to enter either/or the sites you WANT to allow or DON'T WANT to allow.
I believe you can do something similar with applications - which is something I plan to try as soon as we're back to school from the holiday break! Hope this works for you.
